  • enrolling users into training and certification programmes;
  • tracking learning progress and issuing or managing certifications;
  • supporting audit and compliance reporting for customer organisations;
  • sending activation, reminder, and transactional communications;
  • providing customer service and support;
  • monitoring and improving platform performance and usability;
  • supporting security and fraud prevention; and
  • complying with legal and regulatory requirements.

We do not sell personal data.

4. Legal Basis (Where Applicable)

Where required by applicable law, RAYN Secure relies on one or more of the following legal bases:

  • Performance of a contract with customer organisations or with the individual, as applicable;
  • Legitimate interests of RAYN Secure or customer organisations;
  • Compliance with legal obligations; and
  • Consent, where specifically required or obtained.

5. How We Share Personal Data

We may share personal data with:

  • Customer organisations that manage access to the platform;
  • Service providers and subprocessors supporting our operations (e.g., hosting, email, analytics);
  • Regulators, authorities, or auditors where legally required;
  • Successor entities in the context of a merger, acquisition, or similar transaction.

We do not sell or lease personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. International Transfers

Where personal data was provided by a customer organisation, requests should first be directed to that organisation.
